The residence is located in the Bay of Talamone,
surrounded by the hills of the Maremma Nature Reserve
and is approximately 1.5 km from the centre of Talamone itself.

It was built in a location already well-known to devotees of kite and wind surfing by a family that has always been passionate about surfing the waves.

Anyone who has had the chance to surf in the Talamone area, with its untamed beaches and crystal-clear water, will certainly have enjoyed an unforgettable experience accompanied by memories that will be treasured for life.

Often in the mornings when they rise, guests only have to raise their eyes to be treated to the spectacle of the hundreds of flying kites that are enabling the same number of kiteboarders to surf through the air.

The residence offers single rooms, two and three room apartments with large and tastefully-furnished rooms, all with their independent terrace from where you can not only benefit from the view of the bay, but also the wilderness of the Maremma Nature Reserve. All the apartments are completed with kitchen, the latest LCD televisions, air-conditioning, anti-allergy orthopaedic mattresses, room safes and Wi-Fi internet connection. For your laundry, a self-service laundry mat is available.

On the sea end of the residence, you can find the “The sunset risto-bar”, a vibrant bar and restaurant with a roof terrace where guests can enjoy dinners and drinks accompanied by a live DJ and the amazing spectacle which is the sunset over the bay.

The family also produces an excellent selection of local wines, Vermentino, Morellino di Scansano, Cabernet and many more all available at the residence.
