Il gelsomino agritourism is Tuscanynwild’s base for
horse riding in Maremma.

In the 1920s, the farm was built by the great grandfathers of the current owners, who transformed this inhospitable land, preserving most of its wilderness and beauty during the reclamation of the land.

Keeping the traditions alive has definitely been the key to success. In 1995, they turned this farm into an agritourism, adding a more human side to the business. They share their knowledge of the culture and the produce of this sometimes harsh land with the guests.

Totally immersed in nature, the farm has fields on one side, the river nearby and the Maremma Natural Park on the other, with its wild animals and livestock roaming freely.

Here at Il Gelsomino, passion is the driving force of everyday life, whether for the Maremmani’s horses, cooking, cultivation or for nature itself.

Our aim is to offer you a relaxing holiday, in which all you have to do is unwind and enjoy the culinary and natural treats, whilst riding through the Natural Park.

From Il Gelsomino‘s kitchen, you will be able to savour homemade produce such as olive oil, honey and jams, flavours that you will be able to take home with you as a reminder of this unforgettable experience, together with the memories of the colours and shapes of this unique landscape.
